By using the Spare-Dollars.Com website and Spare-Dollars.Com Program,
you are agreeing to be bound to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Acceptance
By joining and/or using the Spare-Dollars.Com Program ("Spare-Dollars"), you
agree that you have read and understand this entire Agreement and that your
membership in Spare-Dollars shall constitute your acceptance to be bound to
all of the terms and conditions set forth.
When you join Spare-Dollars, you become a Member of our rewards program.
Members earn by participating in various earning opportunities offered on the
Spare-Dollars website. Opportunities include but are not limited to trial offers,
sign up offers, responding to emails (in Member area inbox), visiting websites,
online shopping, and referring others to the program.
All opportunities are located in the Member area of the website, they are not
sent via email. The number of opportunities available depends on location of
the Member. Spare-Dollars is not obligated to provide Members with any set
number of opportunities. Spare-Dollars makes no guarantees in the amount
of rewards that Members can earn in our program.
Spare-Dollars periodically sends messages (via email) to Members with news
and information that is relevant to membership. These messages include but
are not limited to activity reminders and program updates. Members are not
rewarded for such messages. Members can unsubscribe from these messages
by terminating his or her Spare-Dollars membership.
Spare-Dollars.Com reserves the right to limit Spare-Dollars memberships or
refuse Spare-Dollars membership to any individual, at any time.
Spare-Dollars membership is provided to individuals free and on a voluntary
basis only.
Privacy Policy
Spare-Dollars.Com is committed to privacy and protecting Members personal
information. You agree that you have read and understand the Privacy Policy
and that your membership in Spare-Dollars shall constitute your acceptance

Membership
Spare-Dollars membership is open to individuals (18) years of age or older
legally residing in Canada, United Kingdom or United States. Membership is
void where prohibited by local governing laws. At times, Spare-Dollars may
approve membership to an individual residing in another country. Members
who are approved to join or signed up before 11/15/07 and are residents of
other countries may retain their accounts, provided they are 18 years of age
or older and not from Angola, Burma, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia,
Libya, North Korea, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Syria, Western Balkans, Zimbabwe.
Individuals may not join Spare-Dollars on behalf of another individual, under
a false identity, if age is under 18, if residing country is not listed, if previous
membership was terminated by Spare-Dollars.Com, or if membership already
exists.
Membership is limited to 1 account per individual, household, postal address,
email address, payment method, computer and IP address.
Membership information must be provided true, complete, accurate, current,
and clearly in the English language.
Member must be able to communicate in and read / comprehend the English
language reasonably.
Member agrees not to use a proxy to hide his or her true location. Proxy ISP's
such as AOL are excluded.
Member agrees to promptly notify Spare-Dollars with any changes in his or
her information on file and to keep such information up-to-date at all times.
Member agrees to be responsible for all use of his or her account and to keep
his or her password confidential.
Member agrees that his or her Spare-Dollars username, account and earnings
are not transferable upon his or her death.
Member agrees not to auction, sell, barter, etc. any part of his or her account
nor any Spare-Dollars rewards or advertising.
Member agrees not to solicit any advertisers for a confirmation email for the
purpose of receiving credit to his or her account.
Member agrees not to link or advertise Spare-Dollars to/on any website that
is deemed inappropriate, unethical or illegal.
Member agrees not to use Spare-Dollars, at any time, for any type of activity
that is deemed inappropriate, unethical or illegal.
Member agrees to comply with all Spare-Dollars rules including specific rules
within the Spare-Dollars website.
Member agrees not to use Spare-Dollars with images turned off in his or her
browser and/or ad blocking software. Blocking malicious content and use of
pop-up blockers are excluded.
Member agrees not to abuse membership by cheating and/or any fraudulent
methods including but not limited to using multiple accounts, using software
or scripts to perform actions for you, clicking links found via the source code,
tampering with links, saving the runner links to ads for future clicking, direct
linking to an ad to earn without actually viewing the ad before clicking on it,
opening multiple windows to read paid ads or click paid links, completing an
offer more than once unless it's stated otherwise, attempting to collect credit
for an offer or purchase that did not originate from the Spare-Dollars website,
attempting to collect credit for an offer or purchase that was not completed,
using false/invalid information to complete an offer or purchase, using false/
invalid information when submitting a confirmation for an offer or purchase,
participating in purchasing fraud - a pattern of placing then canceling orders.
Member agrees not to promote Spare-Dollars through any unsolicited emails
(Spamming), forums, newsgroups or other methods of mass communication.
Member agrees not to use Spare-Dollars content including but not limited to
copying, sharing, posting on forums or websites any offers, promotions, text,
graphics or material contained in communications, updates, messages, emails
or advertisements whether by Spare-Dollars.Com or Spare-Dollars advertisers
without first obtaining the written permission of Spare-Dollars.Com. Banners
and text advertisements located in the Member area of the website, are to be
used by Members to promote Spare-Dollars. The above does not imply in any
way, that discussion be it negative or positive, cannot take place.
Member understands that the vacation setting for his or her account must not
exceed (30) days. Member must notify Spare-Dollars if more than (30) days is
needed.
Member understands that his or her account will be considered active when
login and participation in opportunities is made every (30) days or less. After
(30) days of inactivity (no login or participation), Member must re-activate his
or her account by logging in and responding, to the message in the Member
inbox labeled 'Activity Message'. Accounts remaining inactive (3) months or
more are terminated and cannot be restored.
Member understands that Spare-Dollars reserves the right to access his or her
account, without any notice, in order to update personal information or email
address, adjust/remove/issue credit, check an issue, change a payment option
to redeem for ads when a payment option selected is invalid, etc.
Member understands that Spare-Dollars reserves the right to remove a credit
or not issue credit for an offer or purchase that Spare-Dollars did not receive
credit for or any transactions not completed, canceled or returned.
Member understands that Spare-Dollars reserves the right to discontinue or
substitute product rewards or rewards at any time, without any notice.
Member understands that Spare-Dollars reserves the right to discontinue any
payment option or adjust minimum payment amount required for a payment
option offered.
Participation
Members will receive credit for participating in various earning opportunities
on the Spare-Dollars website. Some opportunities such as paid emails, credit
automatically while others are set to pending credit in order to prevent fraud.
Credit for live surveys is issued within (30) days
Credit for offers and trials is issued within (30) days
Credit for shopping (purchases) is issued within (30) days
Offers, trials and purchases require a valid submission of confirmation in order
to receive credit. Valid confirmation must be sent to Spare-Dollars within (15)
days from the date the offer, trial or purchase was made. Failure to submit a
confirmation to Spare-Dollars within (15) days, will result in no credit issued
for the particular offer, trial or purchase made.
Members should carefully read the terms and conditions associated with each
offer before completing it. Spare-Dollars.Com is not responsible for the terms,
conditions or other contractual agreement of any offers as we have no control
over them.
Members will receive credit for earning opportunities only when clicking on a
specified banner or link on Spare-Dollars or in Spare-Dollars paid emails and
cookies are enabled. Blocking cookies will result in no credit issued.
When shopping through Spare-Dollars, Member's will only receive credit for
the total sale made BEFORE any taxes and/or shipping charges are incurred.
Members may win prizes by participating in contests, various activities, offers
or games that are offered exclusively by Spare-Dollars.Com. Members are free
to participate unless stated otherwise. Winners are listed on 'The Winners List'
located in the Member area of the website. Prizes must be claimed within (30)
days from the date listed or are forfeited.
Payments
Spare-Dollars pays Members automatically - between the first and fifteenth of
each month. In order to receive payment, Member's account must be in good
standing and the balance must be at the minimum payment amount required.
Accounts with a balance of less than what is required to receive payment, will
carry over to the next month.
Members cannot select Money Order, Check, Gift Certificate, Product Reward
or Redeem For Ads in order to save or to later receive payment via an Online
Payment Processor. Member's that do this will receive a payment which shall
not exceed the maximum payment amount for the particular payment option
selected. The remaining balance must then be used to Redeem For Ads only.
Spare-Dollars.Com is not responsible for reward(s) not received including but
not limited to missing, stolen, lost, damaged, returned or undeliverable Prizes,
Product Rewards, Money Orders, Checks, Gift Certificates or Online Payments.
Spare-Dollars.Com will not replace, resend, reissue, refund or accept a return
of any reward(s) issued but not received.
Prizes, Product Rewards, Money Orders, Gift Certificates and Checks are sent
via USPS. (Some Gift Certificates are sent electronically via email only). Online
Payments are sent electronically via Online Payment Processors.
Relationship
You and Spare-Dollars.Com are independent contractors. This Agreement shall
not render you an employee, partner, agent of, representative or joint venturer
with Spare-Dollars.Com. You shall have no claim(s) against Spare-Dollars.Com
hereunder or otherwise, for employee benefits or for compensation of any kind.
You do not have any authority whatsoever, to make or accept offers or to make
any representations or statements on behalf of Spare-Dollars.Com. You may not
make any statements, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are responsible for reporting your own income.
Taxes
United States residents may be required by law to report their income.
Members from any country that receive $600.00 or more during a fiscal year
are required to fill out, sign and submit to Spare-Dollars.Com, a W-9 or W-8
tax form. (W-9 for United States Members or W-8 for International Members).
Failure to submit this tax form will result in termination of membership. It is
the Member's responsibility to report his or her income. Spare-Dollars will not
provide any tax-related support.
Disclaimer Of Warranties
Member agrees that use of Spare-Dollars is at the Member's sole risk.
Spare-Dollars is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any
warranty.
Spare-Dollars.Com makes no warranty for products, services, information or
rewards obtained on or through Spare-Dollars, Spare-Dollars advertisers or
third party websites.
Spare-Dollars.Com makes no warranty that Spare-Dollars will be free of error,
human errors, glitches, interruptions, or be timely or without defects.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall Spare-Dollars.Com be liable for any losses, lost profits, lost
buisness opportunities or any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or in relation to this Agreement or the
Spare-Dollars program. Furthermore, Spare-Dollars aggregate liability arising
under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination
or expiration of the Agreement.
Spare-Dollars.Com assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or
losses that resulted from use of products, services, information provided or
transactions entered into on or through Spare-Dollars.
Spare-Dollars.Com does not endorse or assume responsibility or liability for
the accuracy of material or content contained in advertisements or on third
party websites.
Termination
Spare-Dollars.Com Or Member May Terminate Member's Membership At Any
Time, Without Notice, With Or Without Cause. Upon Termination, Earnings
And Redemptions Are Canceled And The Member Can No Longer Participate
In Spare-Dollars.
Members may terminate membership by logging in to the Member area of the
website and following the directions on the 'Close Account' page. Members
may also 'request termination of membership' via email or mail by using the
information provided on the 'Contact' page.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse or any type of activity deemed
to be inappropriate or illegal by Spare-Dollars.Com be detected, it will result
in termination of membership and possible legal action.
SPAM is strictly prohibited. Spamming will result in termination of Member's
membership and possible legal action being taken for compensation of any
damages.
Spare-Dollars.Com reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at any time, at
its discretion, without notice, the membership of any Member that we believe
shows any inconsistency with this Agreement, has violated this Agreement or
Spare-Dollars rules including specific rules within the Spare-Dollars website.
Any decisions made by Spare-Dollars.Com relating to the suspension or the
termination of a membership shall be final.
Member's Spare-Dollars membership will terminate immediately in the event
of Member's death.
Modifications
Spare-Dollars.Com reserves the right to change this Agreement, and/or any
part thereof, at any time without prior notification to Members. Members will
be informed of any changes to this Agreement within 24 hours via email and
Member area inbox. Should Member's disagree to modifications made, his or
her only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in Spare-Dollars
and terminate membership. Member's continued participation in Spare-Dollars
following our notice of change(s) or new Agreement shall constitute binding
acceptance of modifications made to the Terms Of Service Agreement.
Member's that choose to terminate membership, due to modifications made
to this Agreement, may be eligible for payment of earnings or advertising of
equal value. Member's must follow the rules and directions on the 'Terms Of
Service Update' page located in the Member area of the website. Any decision
made by Spare-Dollars.Com relating to such payment shall be final.
Spare-Dollars.Com reserves the right to modify or discontinue Spare-Dollars
at any time, with or without notice to Members. Spare-Dollars.Com shall not
be liable to Members should Spare-Dollars.Com exercise this right. Member's
continued participation in Spare-Dollars shall constitute binding acceptance
of any modifications made. Should Spare-Dollars.Com exercise its right to
discontinue Spare-Dollars, final payments will be made to Member's whose
account was in good standing at the time of discontinuance.

Spare-Dollars.Com is not associated with any of the companies found on our
website nor do any of these companies sponsor Spare-Dollars. Spare-Dollars
does not endorse their content, services or products. Logos and trademarks
are property of their respective owners.
Additional
Spare-Dollars.Com reserves the right to refuse or remove any advertising that
contains content that does not comply with our Advertising Policy.
